real parts on an AEG?

i recently got a JG 552 and i'm thinkinig about getting a quadrail. only problem is i can only find the the real steal SiG 552 Quadrail that goes for about $380.00. so i got two questions:
1.) Are there any actual replica quadrails fo a JG 552 (basically a Marui)?
2.) If there aren't, could i put a real steal quad rail on my AEG?
