i have two questions too ask you i am getting a CA-M15A2 Carbine and i wanted to were too get extra magazines.question number two i am confused with what size bb the CA-M15A2 Carbine takes here is some information to make this question understandable. CA M15A2 Carbine Full Metal Body, Full metal body, adjustable hop up, 6.04 lbs, 33.1 in long, standard 300 round capacity, stock 300 - 320 fps, CA1000 stock motor, large battery size, selectable semi and full auto modes. A full metal M15A2 that is capable of shooting 328fps using standard 0.2g BBs straight out of the box! Comes with a 300 round high capacity magazine. Note that this gun uses a custom 9.6v 1500mah battery. Metal flash hider can be screwed off for installation of a 14mm counter-clockwise threaded silencer, just like the Marui M4A1. Dust cover can be flipped open to reveal hop-up adjuster. Power upgrades require extensive replacement of internal gearbox mechanism. Thanks

pretty much all airsoft guns will use either a 6mm or 8mm bb, but more often than not itll be 6mm. the gun in question will use 6mm bb's.

the weight of the bb depends on what youre using it for. if its close quarters indoor stuff, dont go less than a 0.20 gram bb (a 0.12 gram bb will most likly explode inside the gun and ruin it). if youre going medium outdoor stuff use a 0.25 gram bb. its heavier making the wind less likely to blow it off course causing the bb to miss. a 0.28 gram bb or higher is generally used for longer range guns like DMR's (designated marksman rifle i think is what it stands for) and sometimes snipers. the only reason you shold really use a 0.28 gram or higher bb is if you add on a silencer and run a barrel through it giving it longer range making it into more of a dmr.

the quality of the bb matters, too. generally the more expensive bags of bb's are better. theyre higher polished, closer to being 6mm, and rarely have dents or seams left on them from the manufacturer. seams and dents and shit like that will mess up the hopup system in your gun which will make it less acurate. dont use the bb's that youd get in a bottle of 2000 from walmart or something like that. those are only good for low-end gas pistols and spring guns.

as far as magazines go, it depends on if you want real caps, lo-caps, mid caps, or hi-caps. real caps are generally about 68 rounds something liek that for a m-16 type rifle. lo-caps are i think around 100 rounds, mid caps around 250, and hi-caps are between 300 and 450 rounds. or you can go all balls out and get a drum mag for $100 that holds a 2-3000 rounds, something like that.

and its also good to go to a store where you can see if the magazine will fit into the gun properly. some times the mags will be a little loose in one gun and a little tighter in others, so if you can, go to a store somewhat locally to get a magazine and make sure if fits properly before you purchase it.

i guess its refering to standard size(6mm) and the "straight out of the box" means you dont have to do any optional upgrading to get it to shoot a standard 0.2gram bb.

but as far as brand( i dont remember if i said this in my other post but go for something like excel, toy-tek, or airsoft elite.

the side is gonna be either 6mm on nearly all airsoft guns, and rarely 8mm.

the weight (.12, .20, .25, .28 ect.) has nothing to do with size.

Hi gang,

I see where you can order spare .32 magazines directly from Seecamp.

Anyone know if they are a "in stock" item, or if a wait is necessary?.....I know how back-ordered their guns are and I want to make sure that is not the case for a magazine, otherwise I will find another avenue.
