Is airsoft big in the bay area??? I grew up in the south bay may years ago.

Not realy. AEGs are kinda big. About 1/4-1/3 of all students know about airsoft. Spring is harder to tell. Lots of guys playing backyard games. FAAPA (the Assn. I help to run) tries to appeal to the hard core spring players who want a pay to play AEG field experience. We custom made a bazooka with a Madbull 120 round grenade and ABS pipe. The other cool thing is that we host big themed games featuring a raffle, BBQ and music. The one we are working on now is Operation Cold War, a vietnam themed game for January 7th. The assn. is a grassroots start-up, however we are applying for the Jungletoy/SRC sponsorship so we can get members lower prices on guns.
