A bunch of my buddies and I took a Navy SEAL Training course in San Diego, California. It was AWESOME! A bunch of ex-SEALs and special operations guys teach small unit tactics and special operations training to military, law enforcement, and CIVILIANS! We had a blast and learned so much! All the training took place in the field where we got to use all the tactics we had learned in an actual simulated mission at the end of the weekend! The web site is:

They said that they founded their school in honor of Scott Helvenston. He was one of the four contractors who was killed in Fallujah, Iraq... where they burned those two cars, dragged the bodies through the street, and hung them on that bridge. Apparently, he was the dude who got Demi Moore in that great shape for "G.I.Jane."

I highly recommend the courses. We've taken Phase I and Phase II already. We plan to go to Phase III this May. Check it out!
