downfalls to springers are they have to be cocked before each shot, lower FPs, they're made with cheaper materials

actually i would get a gas sniper rifle

advantages and disadvantages to all. spring and gas are the two best types in my opinion. spring is more consistant in fps whereas gas can vary depending on temperature.

yes spring is less powerful than gas but to get an high power gas rifle u have to pay lots of money or u can pay 150 dollars to get an 460fps and if u don't want to spend that much(if u don't want to spend that much u should'nt even be thinking about gas) u can get an 80 dollar one at 400fps.I would get a spring sniper rifle over gas or electric any day.thats just my prefference u decide

but if you wanna max the fps, its alot easier on the arms with a bolt action gas rifle. most places, around here at least, i dont know about your area, max out bolt action snipers at 550 fps, and pulling back the spring that lets your gun shoot that hot is a bitch and a half. with a gas sniper the action is alot smoother and nearly effortless. alot easier to crack off that second shot if something happens like a burst of wind that blows the bb off target.
