anybody have any info/opinions on the MK 1 rifle, am thinking bout getting 1 for a secondary weapon for those secrte missions where a small sniper rifle might come in handy

Yeah it's good for a secondary weapon. A Small Sniper is a good weapon for anything really as long as its not a pile.
