Default Friend is looking at buying a pistol

He's pretty new to this, and want to spend under 150

what can you suggest?

ebay. Don't spend too much on the first gun but don't go too cheap either.

non blow back. a quieter, more gas efficient gun. itll also tend to get more power. but the slide doesnt blow back and (to my knowledge) wont lock when you run out of ammo.
